NGC 7822

Taken by: Bob Finnigan

This beautiful nebula resides in the constellation Cepheus. It's pillars of dusty hydrogen are being eroded by powerful radiation from the hot young stars in the new cluster to the upper right. Notice how all the pillars point toward that cluster.
