Sagittarius is a zodiac constellation that is located east of Scorpius, west of Capricornus, south of Aquila and north of Corona Australis and Telescopium. Sagittarius is pictured as a fierce centaur archer stretching his bow with an arrow pointed at the Scorpion’s heart. Sagittarius contains two asterisms, the Teapot and the Milk Ladle. The Teapot is depicted by the eight northern stars as a teapot with a pointed lid with the handle in the east and a large spout in the west. The Milk Ladle is seen in the stars that make up the Teapot’s handle, dipping milk from the river of the Milky Way.
